The Invoice Generator creates clean, professional invoices for freelancers and small businesses in under a minute. Enter your business details and your client's details, add line items with quantities and rates, set a tax percentage and a discount if needed, and the totals calculate themselves live. The preview on the right shows exactly what your client will receive — print it or save it as a PDF and send it on.
How to use it
- Fill in your business name, email, phone and address, plus your client's details.
- Check the invoice number and dates — the number is generated for you, and the due date defaults to two weeks out.
- Click "+ Add item" for each line item, then enter a description, quantity and rate.
- Set your tax percentage and any discount; the subtotal, discount, tax and grand total update live.
- Review the preview and click "Print / Save as PDF".

Is this invoice generator free?
Yes. You can create unlimited invoices with no sign-up, no watermarks and no fees. The PDF is a standard file you can email to clients.
How is the total calculated?
Subtotal is the sum of quantity x rate for all line items. The discount percentage is applied first, then tax is calculated on the discounted amount, and the two are combined into the grand total.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes — type any currency code or symbol (PKR, USD, Rs) in the currency field and it appears on every amount in the invoice.
Are my invoices stored anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Save each invoice as a PDF for your records before closing or refreshing the page.
How do I send the invoice to a client?
Click 'Print / Save as PDF', save the file, and attach it to an email. Most freelancers include payment instructions and a polite due-date reminder in the email body.
